Firstly let’s just give a woo hoo to edition 20 ..

20 consistent weeks of writing about areas in our lives that now sit in the Ever Blooming 🌸 Library all designed to help you build a life and business that breathes with who you are .. now more than ever that matters so much.

We are all busy creating our own individual stories and often each chapter arrives with questions, perhaps confusion or even a sense of peace. What gives me hope more than ever is that I see such optimism in our future and what we deem is possible for the lives we want to experience - let me be the first today to say .. hooray to us .. 🥰

and so where would I like to take edition #20?

Ever Blooming🌸 Beginnings Gathering

I can confirm the pavlova and the cheesecake were both as delicious as they looked and every tiny piece of deliciousness was eaten 😂

..

I have been reflecting on the Ever Blooming 🌸 Beginnings picnic gathering I hosted this past weekend for 12 wonderful female founders and the difference between a gathering and traditional networking .. it definitely wasn’t the latter ..

I don’t think we need more networking events .. but perhaps something a little more with ease and flow, a space to share .. to gather .. to ‘be’ for a few hours .. to laugh and to be present for each other .. 💖

I have spent my whole life building companies, always sticking my head above the parapet and doing my best to advocate for every founder who shares a space with me 💖

It feels like we are moving less into an typical offer space and more into something less tangible built on trust and allows room for our humanness .. and the value exchange is simply an exchange to be in a space with like minded people. 🌱👉🏻🌸

Maybe that’s why so many of us as we journey through midlife, have identified that there just isn’t time to ‘be’ anyone else other than ourselves ..

The shape of what we are building is changing .. that doesn’t mean abandon your story .. your story is hard earned, it holds wisdom and experience and the golden thread woven across many many seasons and chapters .. and now in this moment you can choose which parts you want to bring forward with you 😊

Last Sunday showed me that we need more space for conversation.

Conversations about business, identity, midlife, motherhood, success .. about the stories we believed to be true about ourselves .. the stories we adopted and how our season of becoming is now asking us to peel those stories back and look into our own hearts 💖

What was .. has been ..🌱

What is .. is yet to be .. 🌸

And my optimistic heart believes that who we be is more phenomenal than we could have ever imagined 🥰
