Not just what we build — but how we do it ...
The more and more I help people design a business from the ground up - I’ve realised, somewhere along the way ..
We have lost something sacred 💖
🌱 We have stopped creating in rhythm with life.
🌱 We have started building against our own seasons.
🌱 We believe that success could only come from constant motion, pressure and performance.
There was a time when we built in sync with our seasons:
* In Winter: We reflected, restored, listened.
* In Spring: We dreamed, planted, prepared.
* In Summer: We created, expressed, flourished.
* In Autumn: We harvested, released and did so gratefully knowing that a new season was just around the corner.
It wasn’t just words.
It was how we lived.
How we led.
How we created 🥰
We seem to have not only forgotten this rhythm, but regularly fight against it - and I understand - truly.
We have needs, financial commitments, families and friends to love and care for .. and so when we find ourselves unsure, in a place where it feels like a void or even questioning what we are doing, the last thing we want is to be told is “It's just the season you are in” ❤️
I’ve been there - I built the multi million pound business, I crashed and burned and then rebuilt my life. I’ve helped others build multi million pound businesses and I’ve watched them experience their own version of "crash and burn"
Over time I wanted to believe there had to be something different .. despite the many pieces of advice telling us to push, become obsessed, grind .. there had to be a way to build something that breathed with you - ebbed and flowed with your season of life 💖
And so I pivoted, determined to find the answer. And it's right there in front of me, shining in wonderful people like Hannah, Jude, Sam & Omarah etc .. who have been showing me that through the work we have done together, you are your YouSp™️ is more than possible.
And do you know what I’m seeing?
🌳 Success
🌳 Clarity
🌳 Money
🌳 Flow
🌳 Joy
🌳 Excitement
🌳 Inspiration
🌳 Intuition
I think we are beginning to trust and have faith that a balance is possible - ying and yang if you prefer - you can create whats true to you, you can build what's you and as a result, it can breathe with you - there isn’t a finishing line - just another chapter 😊
And that is all business is .. a beautiful structure that you get to hold, create and grow forward ..
🌳 Not in hustle.
🌳 In rhythm.
🌳 In season.
🌳 In balance with where you are in this moment 🥰
